Night fishing for crabs is Melvin's favourite pass-time! You must know how to swim well, be accompanied by a parent and ready to snorkel in the dark with a night-light. It's adventurous, huge fun and the most Dominican thing EVER! And, if we're successful, there'll be crabs in coconut milk for lunch the next day!
